Q:How many times can they be worn ?

A: They can be worn up to 25 times once cared for a cleaned properly !

Q: Do you Do refunds or exchanges ?

A: For sanitary reasons we do not issue refunds or exchanges 

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?

A: Processing takes 3-5 business days and shipping may take 2 business days. So all orders may be received within 5-7 business days

Q:When do you ship out orders ?

A: All orders will be shipped out on Fridays unless requested otherwise

Q: Are they Heavy on your eyes ?

A: All lashes were custom made by my request. And we aim to give a natural look so all lashes are extremely light weight ! 

Q: How do you Apply them ? 

A: You can either use your fingers or eyelash tweezers! 

Q:How do you clean and Dry them ?

A: To dry them you pat them with a towel and let them air dry to clean them we will soon provide the cleaning solution for purchase Stay Tuned ! 

Q: Are they Cruelty Free ? 

A: Yes! All lashes are cruelty free. No animals were harmed in the production of our lashes ! 

Q: Are these Aliexpress lashes i see you have the regular glitter case ? 

A: No , our lashes are custom created by a group of individuals that do not advertise on Aliexpress. Alot of research was done before bringing forth these lashes to ensure quality is at an all time high. Our Focus is  to have a variety of quality Lashes to choose from rather that "Custom Packaging" Our packaging is the standard packaging from ALL  vendors !

Q: Do you give free samples ?
